Preparation and activation of announcements
We prepare the recruitment announcements according to a Client’s guidelines and then we publish them on national and local internet portals.
Monitoring and selecting CVs
We verify candidates’ applications which best suit to the profile of the searched employee.
We conduct recruitment on the basis of individual talks with candidates, which are based on in-depth and competency interviews. To do this, we utilize such tools as individually prepared competency tests. Depending on the recruited post, we conduct role plays, language tests as well as Assessment Center.
Recruitment is usually carried out in two stages:
I stage, i.e. first job interview conducted by a person from Blue Idea, who is responsible for the current recruitment project.
II stage, i.e. meetings with candidates recommended by Blue Idea, where a Client also participates. Recommendations are prepared in the form of a report describing the formerly defined competencies and skills of the right candidate.
The overall cost of recruitment is established individually. What makes us unique is the fact that we do not impose extra charges related to the remuneration of the recruited employee.
