BRANCH DIRECTOR (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER)

 

We are Polish partnership specialized in business consulting. Significant element of our activity is supporting processes happening in our Clients’ companies. We focus on activities connected with outsourcing, recruitment and consulting. Our goal and mission is supporting Clients in successive realisation of their business goals. The projects carried out by us are also supported by marketing activities and due to this we are able to provide our clients with a complete service.

We commenced our activity in 2012. Today, we form a partnership, which provides permanent employment to more than 100 people. Blue Idea mission is to run the company based on passion and values. In connection with intention to open a new branch of our company in Armenia, focused on outsourcing of programming processes, we are looking for:

Branch Director (Business Development Manager)
Location: Yerevan

Your responsibilities:

  • To open and operations management of branch 
  • Creating sale strategy of IT services 
  • Active acquiring clients 
  • Acquiring subcontractors from IT sector 
  • Building and managing a sales team 
  • Supporting  negotiation processes with clients and subcontractors 
  • Supervising financial policy and law aspects 
  • Reporting working results to company management board
  • Realisation of sales assumptions 
  • Realisation of budget assumptions 

 

We are looking for person who:

  • Have an experience in similar work 
  • Have an experience in managing of IT projects 
  • Have basic knowledge about economic/commercial law and accountancy
  • Have very good knowledge of English language – necessary condition
  • Communicatively speaks in Polish – would be advantage
  • Have basic knowledge about programming – would be advantage 
  • Will appreciate autonomy and independence in making decisions
