  1. General information This policy applies to the Website operating at the URL address: blueidea.pl The operator of the Website and the Controller of personal data is: Blue Idea Sp. z o.o., al. W. Korfantego 2, 40-004 Katowice. The operator’s contact e-mail address is: biuro@blueidea.pl The Operator is the Controller of your personal data in relation to the data voluntarily provided on the Website. Personal data means any information that allows the identification of a natural person or that can be linked to such a person. The processing of personal data means any operation that can be carried out in relation to personal data, such as collecting, recording, storing, modifying, organising, using, disclosing, transferring or deleting such data in accordance with applicable law. The Operator processes the personal data that you have provided on the Website, such as your first name, telephone number, e-mail address or company name, for the following purposes: • handling enquiries via a contact form • presenting an offer or information The Website collects information about users and their behaviour in the following way: • through data voluntarily entered into forms, which are then entered into the Operator’s systems • through the storage of cookie files on end devices (so-called “cookies”) 
  1. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator 
We are obliged to protect your personal data, prevent data protection breaches, and detect and stop them. To this end, we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data and the way in which it is processed. In particular: 
  1. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords. 
  1. Another important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of software components. 
  1. Hosting The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of another company. In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company maintains logs at the server level. The following may be recorded: • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files) • time of the request • time of sending the response • client station name – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol • information about errors that occurred in the execution of HTTP transactions • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the user accessed the Website via a link • information about the user’s browser • information about the IP address • diagnostic information related to the process of ordering services independently via the forms on the site • information related to the handling of e-mail sent to the Operator and by the Operator

Your rights and additional information on how data is used In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or to fulfil the Controller’s obligations. This applies to the following groups of recipients: • authorised employees and collaborators who use the data in order to fulfil the purpose of operating the Website 
Your personal data will be processed by the Controller no longer than is necessary to perform activities related to such data as specified by separate regulations (for example, regulations on bookkeeping). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years. You have the right to request from the Controller: • access to your personal data • rectification of the data • erasure of the data • restriction of processing • and data portability You have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of pursuing legitimate interests of the Controller, including profiling, whereby the right to object may not be exercised if there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. You have the right to lodge a complaint against the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website. You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, in order to provide services under a concluded contract and for the purposes of direct marketing carried out by the Controller. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send it outside the territory of the European Union. 
  1. Information in forms The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if such data is provided. The Website may store information about connection parameters (time indication, IP address). In certain cases, the Website may store information that facilitates linking data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In such a case, the user’s e-mail address appears within the URL of the page containing the form. Data provided in a form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. for the purpose of handling a service request or commercial contact, registration of services, etc. In each case, the context and description of the form clearly indicate what it is used for. 
  1. Administrator logs Information about user behaviour on the Website may be logged. This data is used for Website administration purposes. 
  1. Important marketing techniques The Operator uses statistical traffic analysis on the site through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies stored on the user’s end device. The Operator uses remarketing techniques that make it possible to adjust advertising messages to user behaviour on the Website, which may give the impression that the user’s personal data is being used to track them; however, in practice no personal data is transferred by the Operator to advertising providers. A technological condition for such actions is that cookies are enabled. 
  1. Information about cookies The Website uses cookies. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, that are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for use on the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.
