1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Blue Idea Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Katowice (40-004), al. Wojciecha Korfantego 2, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000495934, NIP (tax ID) 6762472002, REGON 123022058.

2. What data we collect

Through the website we process only the data that you provide to us yourself:

• full name,
• e-mail address,
• phone number (if you provide it),
• company name (if you provide it),
• the content of the message sent via the contact form.

In addition, the server on which the website runs may record standard technical data in its logs (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) — solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

• Responding to an enquiry sent via the form — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
• Taking steps prior to entering into a contract, if your enquiry concerns cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Ensuring the security of the website and pursuing any claims — on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data retention period

We store data from the contact form for as long as necessary to reply and conclude the correspondence and then — if no cooperation has been established — for up to 12 months. If the contact leads to a contract, we store the data for the duration of the contract and for the period resulting from tax regulations and limitation periods for claims.

5. Data recipients

Your data may be entrusted to entities that provide us with services necessary for operating the website and handling correspondence, in particular: the hosting and e-mail provider and entities providing accounting and legal services. These entities process data solely on our instructions.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it,
• have your data rectified (corrected),
• have your data erased,
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

7. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary, but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry. Without your name, e-mail address and message we will not be able to contact you.

8. Cookies

The website does not use its own cookies for analytics, profiling or marketing. We do not use tracking tools or advertising pixels.

9. Links to other websites

The website contains links to external sites (including LinkedIn profiles and the websites of companies we manage). We are not responsible for the privacy rules applicable to those websites — we encourage you to read them directly on those sites.

10. Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. The current version of the document is always available at this address.
