Sales effectiveness audit of an organisation
We help companies look at their organisation from the outside, identify areas that need improvement and point to concrete actions that increase effectiveness.
Purpose of the audit
The purpose of the audit is to assess how a selected organisational structure functions and to prepare practical recommendations for its further development or restructuring.
As part of the audit, we:
- assess how the organisation currently operates,
- identify strengths and areas that need improvement,
- point out opportunities to increase effectiveness,
- prepare concrete recommendations and a plan of changes.
How do we work?
-
Defining the scope of the audit
Together we define the goals, areas and processes that will be analysed in particular detail.
Stage 1
-
Organisational audit
We analyse the company both from the customer’s perspective and from the inside. We observe the teams’ day-to-day work, the way customers are served and how processes are carried out, and we hold conversations with management and employees.
Stage 2
-
Diagnosis
We prepare an assessment of the organisation, pointing out its strengths, barriers and the areas with the greatest potential for improvement.
Stage 3
-
Recommendations
We present concrete actions whose implementation should translate into greater effectiveness, better work organisation and business results.
Stage 4
-
Implementation – optional
At the Client’s request, we can also take responsibility for implementing the recommended changes.
